Not long ago went out front in the morning and found mail boxes like this.
Myself and a former neighbor built this mailbox stand and installed it in 2001, we spent time on it and were very pleased with the result.
You can see the snapped boards and the broken concrete, if it weren't for the lamp post the whole thing would fall over.
In the background you can see a truck with a construction rack on the bed. He is newer to the neighborhood and he sometimes tows a large trailer behind his truck, I feel he accidentally backed into the mailboxes with his trailer. But alas I can not prove anything.

And he may NOT have known he did it. With those big hunking trailers you can not always tell if they tag something.
