Today Josh had his court appearance. His parole officer did not show up, but he was there on a conference call. The prosecution presented there case about Josh and his facebook account. The prosecution kept asking the parole officer questions about the charges and he had no answers as to what his real concerns were. Josh had an account under his name back before November, at that time his parole officer told Josh he could not have the account,so Mashelle changed the account password and Josh had no access to the account. But since his name was on it he was guilty of having an account.
We were able to prove the charges were unsubstantiated and all charges were dropped and Josh was given immediate release. The judge then went on to inform Josh that this was not against him but that if he ever was before him again for any type of violation then Josh would be sent immediately to prison for a minimum of 10 years to life.
So pray deeply for Josh to find work asap, this will help him in many ways.

Glad that part is over but I still need to Throw up from the last line.
Will it ever end?
All we can do is trust God for answers but I am like your Dad there, "Why does he not come down and sit on my bed and give me answers and take care of problems?"
So is the account cancelled now?
Glad the judge was reasonable.
yes the account is cancelled
