Well about 6 months ago Josh had an appearance before a judge for his evaluation since being released. He had good report but the (parole officer) wanted Josh to have another eval in 6 months, to which the judge said "No, it wont be needed, the only reason for Mr McLemore to be here before his next evaluation will be if he is in violation."
Yesterday morning Josh was arrested on trumped up charges. His parole officer went online found Mashelles facebook account, found Josh as a friend. Went looking through his friends and found pictures of his friends and relatives children and grandchildren. He decided that Josh has had 3rd party incidental contact with minors and has been arrested and charged with violation.
When we his parents heard that he was going to be charged, Mashelle called his parole officer the day before Josh was arrested and explained to the parole officer that the account was managed by her, that Josh did not have the password, there were no minors as friends and that it allowed us to communicate with some of his friends for him. To which the parole officer said "It is in his name, it is his account, maybe you will learn something from this yourself".
Josh needs some prayer, we hope that the Judge will throw this out as beyond stupid. Josh has been donating plasma as a source of income, not much but he did receive around 40-50 dollars a week and it did help offset expenses. Now that he has been incarcerated again, once he gets out he will have to wait a minimum of 6 months to a year before he can donate again.

When is the hearing?
Hope it all gets cleared up. As long as it was you and Shelle on the internet they can track the IP and see where the posts came from. Not sure how easy it would be to do from the beginning but worth a look at.
