Well I did it. I got up Sunday morning and made cinnamon rolls. I made sure I had all the ingredients ready, and followed the recipe off Sheri's blog. After having the dough all done and rising I realized I never put in the pudding, so I checked the recipe and it didn't say when to put it in, so it never made it in, They still turned out fine and tasted great. Your right Sher they do have a better texture when you roll them as apposed to knotting them. I like the edges being a little crispy. I feel so Metro-sexual.

I am so sorry about missing that step!! Honest to goodness, I rarely use the pudding, I like the extra flavor it adds, but it's totally not necessary!

Awesome Job1 They look tasty!.. hmm now I am hungry lol.. see what you did! =) I have a baby sponge puffing up in the oven now.. I still need to buy yeast ... sigh.. Hey you get your stim payment yet? Eat a roll for me.
